Basic COMMITMENT

Our company adheres to the principle of total transparency in all its operations. Preliminary quotes are minutely detailed and subject to your approval. In accordance with EC regulations, if you are not an EC citizen you will be reimbursed for VAT paid on your expenses and purchases.  In order to retain absolute independence, the company does not, under any circumstances, agree to or accept commission, or take a share in the profits of suppliers.  Therefore, as a client, you will have immediate access to any invoices and payments related to your account.  Moreover, if you so wish, you may make direct payment to each establishment. (Some bookings may require a non-refundable deposit).
