Each one of our clients is unique, so our services are completely personalised.  For example, if we are looking after a Japanese client, we will not have another client of the same nationality or one who speaks the same language. When we are working with one client, we do not work with another. Only by paying exclusive attention to one client at a time can we ensure the complete satisfaction of whoever entrusts us with their requirements.

We will have preliminary contact or meetings with you, where we will listen to your wishes. Our services can include everything from meeting your religious and dietary requirements to ensuring that the very best of medical attention is available to you; which, of course, includes air transfer to hospital, it being  one of our ‘standard services’.   When it comes to dealing with the formalities of temporary and/or diplomatic residency in Spain, Andorra, or the Canary Islands, you can leave it all to us. We have a modern fleet of private aircraft with flight crew and cabin staff and can also supply you with a helicopter, leisure or fishing boat, or a luxury mini-cruiser for port-to-port hops or longer stays in Mediterranean waters. 

Stylish vehicles such as Bentleys, Ferraris, Maseratis, Maybachs, Aston Martin, BMW, Mercedes, MV Agusta or limousines, driven by expert chauffeurs will take you wherever you wish to go; unless, of course, you wish to drive them yourself.  We can also provide luxury coaches for family groups.  And, if you consider it appropriate, we can organise a team of legally authorised escorts or bodyguards, armed or unarmed, with armoured and / or light vehicles.

At your disposal will be those biscuits, that particular mineral water, that select Pinot Gris Alsace wine that you are used to enjoying.  With regard to your accommodation, only the best to match your VIP status: renovated former palaces, avant-garde hotels designed by elite architects, or private villas in the most exclusive and strategic developments in Spain or Andorra. Or you can opt for a cosy little country house, with plenty of charm and an elegant and refined atmosphere, located in areas where your nearest neighbour is 30kms away.  As far as gastronomy is concerned, not only will we act according to your instructions, but we will also recommend the best restaurants for you to visit.

You will no doubt want to purchase a gift or a souvenir of your stay in a particular place.  Generally, luxury brand shops and dealers will receive you whenever is convenient for you. For our clients, there are no limits on time or availability and, whatever cannot be found in Spain, Andorra or the Canary Islands, will be sourced and obtained for you (as much as is feasibly possible) from anywhere in the world.
Throughout the entire trip, you will have any one of our partners at your disposal – who are discreet but quickly accessible.  They will always speak your language, but you may bring along your own interpreter if you wish.

We consider it normal to ask that a small orchestra play while you dine, or a piano to be set up in your room for you to enjoy your hobby. We also consider it normal for you to want to practice some gliding or to ride in an exclusive two-seater Formula One car.  If your trip coincides with any sporting or cultural event to which you would like to attend, we will ensure you receive special attention, in accordance with your VIP status. Obviously, visits to museums, antiquarian bookshops, auctions, and object collections would provide us with a pleasant opportunity to show you exactly how far we can take you.  And let’s not forget the special trains, with their old restored carriages equipped with every conceivable refinement, all ready to take you on charming journeys.
